When does the refundable security deposit need to be paid and when would I receive this back?

Your refundable security deposit will need to be paid by the day before your event. You will receive this back within 3-4 working days following your event as long as the item are received undamaged and in original condition.

Do you offer payment plans?

For any order below £100, we will require full payment upon booking to secure your date. Anything over £100, you will need to pay 50% of your order to secure your event date. The remainder can be paid in installments of your choice however the full balance must be paid by 8 weeks before your event date.

My venue has cancelled my event due to Covid-19, what should I do?

We understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of uncertainty. We are happy to rearrange to your alternative date subject to availability. We will do our utmost to support you during this time, please do not hesitate to get in touch - we are here for you.

How do I check if my event date is available?

Click the request to book button on the item you are interested in. We will then get back to you within 24 hours to confirm if your date is available.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Find them in our store - these can be used in both our home decor and events shop.
