Please state requirements upon information request. • Please state in request to book the quantity of items you require. • Subject to availability. Availability will be confirmed upon request to book. • 50% deposit for all orders above £100 (excluding refundable security deposit) is required to secure your date. Please see T&Cs for when remainder of payments need to be paid by. • Full payment is required for orders below £100 (minus refundable security deposit). • Hire price is calculated per day. Please specify if you need items for a longer period of time. We will calculate discounts and security deposit based on this. • All hire items are subject to a refundable security deposit which is returned back to you within 3-5 working days following receipt of goods in original, undamaged condition. • Amount for refundable security deposit is dependent on number of items required and will be confirmed following request to book. • Delivery and set up is free within 20 mile radius of postcode B63 4BE. • Delivery and collection is charged at 40p per mile above the 20 mile radius. • Set up fee is charged accordingly based on the total amount of items required. We will confirm following your request to book. • Collection is available, please specify if you would like to do this upon request to book. • All of items are cleaned thoroughly following every single event to ensure you and our team are kept safe. Hire period starts 6pm day before your event and ends 1pm day after. Delivery and set up is free within a 20 mile radius of B63 4BE. Any further, mileage charge will be applicable above the initial 20 miles free. A refundable security deposit will need to be paid by the day before you event. This will be calculated depending on how many sashes are hired and will be refunded back to you within 3-5 business days following your event once the item is received back in undamaged state.
